1. The service

Bobble provides music streaming, a digital marketplace for beats, sound packs, and samples, and a talent booking directory. One account covers all three sections.

2. Content & moderation

Artists submit music for review; only approved content is published. You must own or control the rights to anything you upload. We may remove content that infringes rights or violates these terms.

3. Marketplace

Paid items are priced between SLE 50 and SLE 500. Bobble charges a 5% commission on each sale and paid booking; the remaining 95% accrues to the creator. Free listings carry no commission. Purchases grant a personal-use licence unless the listing states otherwise.

4. Payments & payouts

Payments are processed by Monime. Creator earnings accumulate in a balance and are paid out to a registered mobile money or bank account. Refunds for defective files are handled case by case.

5. Bookings

Talent set their own rates. Payment is collected after a request is accepted. Completion of the booked work is a matter between client and talent; Bobble provides the marketplace, not the performance.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no circumvention of purchase gates, no scraping or resale of platform data, no harassment of other users.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the product.
